PRODUCT INFORMATION
Our product designers give careful consideration to mat colors and molding to achieve a quality product. Frames may be different than shown due to availability of molding styles. Customized mat colors are not available. We offer frames prints only. Dimensions given are outside frame measurements. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
DELIVERY TIMES
Shipped within 13-18 business days from purchase (normally)
*Standard delivery is 3-4 weeks. This schedule may vary due to seasonal peak times. Rush orders will NOT be accepted.
SHIPPING
Our preferred shipping method is by private common carrier.* A 20% restocking charge is assessed for all refused shipments.
*No shipments via parcel post.
CANCELED ORDERS
Orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. If the order has been shipped, freight charges plus the 20% cancellation fee are due. No cancellation charge if the cancellation request is received in writing AND confirmed by Gifts of Blessings Christian Art Gallery within 3 days prior to shipment.
BACK ORDERS
All back orders $50.00 and over will be shipped unless otherwise specified by the customer. Back orders under $50.00 will be automatically canceled.
RETURNS, DAMAGE CLAIMS AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCT Customers must notify Gifts of Blessings Christian Art Gallery within 3 days of receipt of any damaged or defective product, or any other discrepancy. All returns must be approved Gifts of Blessings Christian Art Gallery. Return Authorization numbers will be issued by Gifts of Blessings Christian Art Gallery and must appear on the outside of each box. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Shipping claims must be reported to carriers within 5 days from receipt of shipment. IMPORTANT: Do not destroy shipping cartons until advised by Gifts of Blessings Christian Art Gallery as to how to proceed. All returns will be inspected upon receipt at our warehouse and full credit, partial credit, or replacement will be issued based upon condition of returned goods. A restocking fee of 20% will be assessed for unjustified or unauthorized returns.
